TANGO WHISKEY ALPHA pieces are crafted in sterling silver, natural stones, and leather — materials chosen to age with character.

Sterling silver will naturally oxidize over time. This is not a flaw, but part of the metal’s evolution.

To preserve the integrity of your piece:

  • Avoid prolonged exposure to water, sweat, and chemicals

  • Remove jewelry before swimming, showering, or exercising

  • Do not submerge leather in water

  • Do not use ultrasonic cleaners on pieces with stones

  • Clean silver gently with a soft polishing cloth

  • Store in a dry place when not worn

Natural stones will vary slightly in tone and texture. These variations are inherent to the material.

With proper care, your piece will develop a refined patina while maintaining its strength and presence.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of every TANGO WHISKEY ALPHA piece.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

In accordance with EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

To initiate a return, please contact us at tango@tangowhiskeyalpha.com within 14 days of delivery. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn

  • In original condition

  • Returned with all original packaging

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as TANGO WHISKEY ALPHA is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Custom COMMISsIONS

Each request is reviewed individually to ensure alignment with the house’s aesthetic and standards.
